CLI is an intensive, 12-month program for rising Jewish leaders. Participants are nominated by their synagogue or agency.

In this ½ day workshop participants will explore their own management style and how this style applies to practical situations. We will pay particular attention to group dynamics, meeting management techniques, critical elements that make for a good meeting, lay/staff relations, Robert’s Rules of Order, and Participation Efficiency and Productivity (PEP).
